Carlo Maasbommel, Deputy Head of the Dutch firm’s International Business Development Operations Department, said it has been agreed with local authorities to manufacture PAL-V Liberty vehicles in the state of Gujarat, India. PAL-V Liberty, which has two separate engines, can reach a maximum speed of 160 km / h on land and 180 km / h in air. The Dutch manufacturer claims that the car can be transformed into a flying vehicle in just three minutes and will have a range of about 500 kilometers with a 100 percent charged battery.
