In future versions of Windows 10, you will be able to completely remove Notepad, Paint and WordPad programs from the operating system. Microsoft plans to make these popular programs of the Windows operating system an optional option. All three programs appear in the Optional Features section of the Windows 10 build 19551. Notepad and Paint have been offered to users preloaded by the Windows operating system since Windows 1.0, released in 1985. WordPad entered our lives as part of the Windows 95 operating system in 1995 and provided users with an integrated document editor to the operating system. In other words, three programs that challenge the years will become optional features in the Windows 2004 (20H1) update, which will be released in the spring and can be removed. You are prompted to restart Windows while uninstalling the programs. After Windows restarts, the programs are completely removed and you are not asked if you want to reinstall them. Programs will remain mandatory for a while. However, considering that they take up too little space on the computer and are good alternatives, there is no problem in having a little more with us.
