Electric cars are among the most popular vehicles of recent years. Many companies have turned to these models. Porsche is one of these companies. As it is known, the company had appeared before with Taycan. Another electric model to be produced by Porsche, Macan will be available in 2022. The first images of the highly anticipated electric SUV did not create much excitement because the images are very similar to a vehicle we have seen before. The design of Macan does not change except for small touches: The electric Macan is not much different from the traditional engine-powered version. We do not yet know the technical characteristics or engine power of the fully electric vehicle. Macan will probably come with variants like S, GTS, Turbo. We do not have any information about the distance the vehicle can go with a single charge, but we can expect the vehicle to have a longer range than the range of Taycan. We can still see the gasoline Macan: One of the first rumors about the electric Macan model was that with this model, the gasoline variant of the vehicle would disappear from production. In the last case, there is news that Porsche will continue to produce the gasoline model. While the new electric car will be built on the basis of Plremium Platform Electric, the gasoline version is expected to share the same platform as the next-generation Audi Q5.
