The novelty also facilitates the transfer of files between computer and mobile phone, with a click and drag system. The new features for Dell Mobile Connect for iOS were announced by the company at CES 2020 and arrive to bring the experience of using the application closer to the Android version. Still, some features were left out of the update: according to the company, iPhone users can only send photos and videos through the app, while the version on the competitor system also allows the transfer of documents and music. New for Android Mobile phones with the Google operating system have already had advanced connection functions on Dell Mobile Connect since 2018. With the new update, the Android app also received support for sending MMS files through the computer. The service already has support, both on Android and iOS, to search for contacts and receive notifications and allows phone calls, which can be answered directly on the computer. The news announced by Dell is part of version 3.0 of Mobile Connect, available free on Android and iOS for users of Dell computers and notebooks.
